This Payment Policy explains how Yiling Taiyishan, operated by Yiling Taiyishan Cultural and Creative Studio, accepts private-domain payments for personalized cultural services, spiritual products, digital reports, blessing rituals, product blessing, white-label reports, wholesale cooperation, and B2B custom projects.

    Many Yiling Taiyishan offerings are personalized, customized, ritual-based, digital, or B2B-specific. Therefore, we usually confirm the service scope before payment. This may include service type, customer information, delivery format, estimated timing, product details, customization needs, language, quantity, quote, and available payment method.

    Payment should only be made after receiving our official confirmation, invoice, payment link, checkout link, bank transfer details, or written payment instruction.

    3. PayPal Invoice / PayPal Checkout

    PayPal Invoice or PayPal Checkout may be used for personal services, spiritual product orders, small customized requests, and international private payments. Customers should check the invoice amount, currency, merchant information, service description, and payment terms before paying.

    • Use only official PayPal invoices or PayPal checkout links sent or confirmed by us.
    • Do not pay to unverified personal accounts or unrelated third-party accounts.
    • PayPal fees, currency conversion fees, and card issuer fees may apply depending on the transaction.
    • PayPal availability, payment options, and buyer protections may vary by country and transaction type.

    4. Credit / Debit Card via Stripe Payment Links or Stripe Checkout

    We may use Stripe Payment Links or Stripe Checkout to accept credit and debit card payments for confirmed services, products, deposits, balances, or B2B custom projects. Supported cards may include major card networks where available, subject to Stripe, card issuer, country, currency, and risk review.

    • Customers should only pay through the confirmed Stripe payment link or Stripe Checkout page.
    • Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, or banking credentials through email or chat.
    • Card payments may be declined by the card issuer, payment network, or payment processor.
    • Some orders may require additional identity, billing, anti-fraud, or compliance review.

    5. PayPal Card Payment

    In some regions and payment flows, customers may be able to pay by credit or debit card through PayPal invoice or PayPal checkout. This option depends on PayPal availability, customer region, merchant settings, payment risk review, and PayPal account rules.

    If PayPal card payment is unavailable to a customer, we may suggest another confirmed payment method from this policy.

    6. Payoneer Request a Payment

    Payoneer Request a Payment may be used for B2B customers, partner payments, wholesale-related payments, or international service invoices. Available payment options depend on Payoneer account eligibility, customer country, payment method, currency, risk review, and compliance requirements.

    • Use only the official Payoneer payment request confirmed by us.
    • Review the invoice description, amount, currency, and payer details before paying.
    • Processing time and available payment methods may vary.

    7. Bank Wire / SWIFT / Local Bank Transfer

    Bank wire, SWIFT transfer, or local bank transfer may be used for higher-value B2B projects, wholesale orders, private-label product projects, deposits, balance payments, and long-term partner cooperation.

    • Bank transfer details must be confirmed in writing before payment.
    • Customers should include invoice number, order reference, or project name in the payment note where possible.
    • International transfer processing time may vary depending on banks, countries, currencies, weekends, holidays, and compliance review.
    • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for sending bank fees, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, and currency conversion fees.

    8. WooCommerce Manual Order / Payment Link

    If our website uses WooCommerce for confirmed custom orders, we may create a manual order or payment link after private confirmation. This may be used for customized spiritual products, service packages, blessing card orders, digital reports, or product and service bundles.

    • WooCommerce manual orders should match the confirmed quote, product/service description, amount, and currency.
    • Customers should review order details before payment.
    • Checkout availability depends on website settings, payment gateway availability, and order type.

    9. Payment Confirmation

    After payment, we may request payment confirmation before starting service preparation, product handling, report writing, ritual scheduling, or B2B delivery work.

    Payment confirmation may include:

    • Customer name and email.
    • Invoice number, order number, project reference, or payment link reference.
    • Payment platform used.
    • Payment amount and currency.
    • Transaction ID, receipt, screenshot, or bank transfer proof if requested.
    • Service or product description matching the confirmed quote.

    10. Currency and Fees

    Quotes may be provided in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, SGD, CNY, or another confirmed currency. The final accepted currency depends on the selected payment method, invoice, payment processor, customer country, and business arrangement.

    • Payment platform fees, card fees, bank charges, wire fees, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, and currency conversion fees may apply.
    • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for fees charged by their bank, card issuer, payment provider, or currency conversion provider.
    • If we receive less than the confirmed invoice amount due to transfer fees or conversion deductions, we may request the remaining balance before delivery.

    11. Deposits and Balance Payments

    For B2B cooperation, wholesale orders, private-label products, custom packaging, white-label reports, batch ritual services, product blessing, or large custom projects, we may require a deposit before preparation and a balance payment before final delivery or shipment.

    Deposit notice: Deposits, design fees, report preparation fees, ritual arrangement fees, product preparation fees, sample fees, packaging fees, or project setup fees may be non-refundable once work begins, materials are prepared, service is scheduled, report writing starts, or customized delivery has been created.

    12. Non-Refundable Service and Product Nature

    Because our offerings may include personalized, customized, ritual-based, digital report, product blessing, private-label, and white-label services or products, payments are generally non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once the order is confirmed, scheduled, started, prepared, customized, blessed, digitally delivered, physically shipped, or otherwise fulfilled.

    This includes, but is not limited to, blessing rituals, destiny reading reports, Bazi reports, Five Elements reports, annual luck reports, product blessing, blessing cards, customized spiritual products, private-label packaging, white-label materials, digital files, and B2B partner deliverables.

    Deposit notice: Deposits, design fees, report preparation fees, ritual arrangement fees, product preparation fees, sample fees, packaging fees, or project setup fees may be non-refundable once work begins, materials are prepared, service is scheduled, report writing starts, or customized delivery has been created.

    13. Payment Security

    • Use only official payment links, official invoices, confirmed bank details, or confirmed WooCommerce payment links.
    • Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, private keys, or sensitive banking credentials by email, chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, or social media.
    • Verify merchant identity, invoice amount, currency, order description, and contact details before paying.
    • Report suspicious payment messages, fake invoices, impersonation, or unauthorized payment requests immediately.
    • We are not responsible for payments made to unverified, fake, unauthorized, or impersonating accounts.

    14. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes and Unauthorized Payments

    If there is a payment issue, contact us first at sales@yilingtaiyishan.com. We will review the invoice, service confirmation, delivery record, product record, communication history, and payment status.

    False disputes, unauthorized chargeback abuse, use of another person’s payment method without permission, or payment platform misuse may result in service suspension, order cancellation, loss of partner eligibility, and recovery of fees where legally permitted.
