Our service model is private-inquiry based. Many services require review, confirmation, scheduling, personalization, writing, preparation, product handling, blessing card creation, digital report preparation, or B2B customization before they can be delivered.

- White-label blessing rituals, white-label destiny reading reports, product meaning cards, private-label bracelet programs, wholesale support and reseller cooperation.
3. Private Confirmation Process

- Email text, PDF, WhatsApp message, Telegram/LINE message, image card, blessing card copy, report file, partner script, product meaning card, photo material, short video clip if included, or physical product shipment.
- B2B delivery may include white-label reports, brandable text, card wording, product description content, product packaging content, batch files or partner delivery notes.
5. Estimated Timing
Delivery time depends on service scope, complexity, order volume, customer response speed, ritual schedule, report length, product availability, packaging needs, payment confirmation and holidays.
Any timing stated publicly is an estimate unless specifically confirmed in writing for your order.
Customer-provided information directly affects personalized reports, product matching, blessing cards and service notes. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, changed, false, late or misleading information provided by the customer.
7. Content Boundaries
- We do not accept harmful, illegal, discriminatory, manipulative, stalking, harassment, coercion, blackmail, curse, revenge, guaranteed-result, medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice requests.
- We reserve the right to refuse or adjust wording for compliance, ethics, safety, platform rules or service suitability.
8. Corrections and Revisions
Minor corrections may be reviewed if we made a clear factual or formatting error. New questions, changed birth details, new names, different reading themes, additional language versions, changed product specifications or expanded B2B requirements may require a new service fee.
9. Non-Refundable Service Nature
Once the service is confirmed, scheduled, started, prepared, customized, blessed, digitally delivered, physically shipped or otherwise fulfilled, it is generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by applicable law.
