1. Policy Overview
Because our offerings include personalized cultural services, customized spiritual products, ritual-based arrangements, digital reports, product blessing services, private-label packaging, blessing cards, and white-label business materials, most confirmed orders are final sale.
Personalized, customized, ritual-based, digital report, product blessing, private-label, and white-label services and products are generally non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once confirmed, scheduled, started, prepared, customized, blessed, digitally delivered, physically shipped, or otherwise fulfilled, except where required by applicable law.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Personal Blessing Ritual once confirmed, scheduled, started, prepared or completed.
- Product Blessing Ritual once the product or service has been confirmed, prepared, blessed or documented.
- Temple Incense Offering once arranged, scheduled, started or completed.
- Formal Blessing Ceremony once confirmed, scheduled, prepared or started.
- Name & Wish Blessing once confirmed, prepared or delivered.
- Festival Blessing Ritual once scheduled, prepared, started or included in a batch arrangement.
- Pet Memorial Ritual once confirmed, prepared, scheduled or completed.
- Bazi Reading, Chinese Zodiac Reading, Five Elements Reading, Love Compatibility Reading, Career Direction Reading, Annual Luck Report, or any other digital report once started, prepared or delivered.
- White-label destiny reading reports, blessing cards, product meaning cards, service scripts, image cards, PDF reports or partner files once started, prepared, customized or delivered.
- Consultation time, service review, private confirmation, custom planning, partner proposal or custom package preparation once started.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
Spiritual products, bracelets, incense bead bracelets, crystal bracelets, Crystal-decor, crystal trees, crystal balls, amulets, blessing cards, gift sets, custom packaging, private-label products, products with blessing service, products with personalized cards, and any customized or prepared product are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, subjective dissatisfaction with symbolic meaning, delayed customer response, incorrect information provided by the customer, or completed service preparation.
4. Limited Exceptions We May Review
- Duplicate payment for the same invoice.
- Wrong amount charged due to our confirmed billing error.
- Order cannot be accepted or fulfilled by us before any service preparation begins.
- Service has not been confirmed, scheduled, started, prepared, customized or delivered.
- Wrong physical item was shipped by our mistake.
- Physical product was damaged during delivery and you provide clear photos, packaging photos and notice within the stated claim period.
- Refund, cancellation or remedy is required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
5. Damaged or Wrong Physical Items
If a physical item is damaged in transit or the wrong item is delivered, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product, packaging photos, shipping label and a description of the issue. We may offer replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another reasonable remedy depending on the case.
Do not discard packaging or the product before our review, as photos and packaging may be required for shipping claims.
6. Digital Reports and Delivered Files
Digital reports, PDF files, WhatsApp messages, email readings, image cards, blessing card copy, white-label text, product description content, and partner delivery files are non-refundable once preparation has started or delivery has occurred.
Minor correction requests may be considered if there is an obvious factual error caused by us. A change of question, change of birth information, change of preference, or request for a different interpretation may require a new order.
7. Cancellations
A cancellation request must be made before we confirm, schedule, start, prepare, customize or deliver the service or product. If work has already started, cancellation may not be available.
For B2B custom projects, deposit, sample fee, design fee, report preparation fee, ritual arrangement fee, packaging preparation fee or other confirmed project fees may be non-refundable once work begins.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern, contact us first so we can review the order record, service confirmation, delivery materials and payment details. Unauthorized chargebacks, false disputes or misuse of payment platforms may result in suspension of service, loss of partner eligibility, or collection of outstanding fees where legally permitted.
9. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, or remedy rights, those rights will apply.
